We aim to despatch orders within 1-2 working days of receipt. Often we manage to send them the same day if you order early enough! We also keep as many of our displayed products in stock as we can. Occasionally if an item has been particularly popular we may have to wait for new stocks to arrive before we can send you your order. If this happens we will inform you by email immediately.

Each item is supplied wrapped in tissue paper in a pretty organza bag that we hope you will use to store your Aurelie & Rose jewellery or for other items. It is then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a padded envelope to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

We send all UK orders by standard first class standard delivery. We do not make any additional charge for delivery if you choose this option. If you would like us to insure your parcel or if you would like guaranteed next day delivery please email us via the contact us link.
