You can browse our website easily by clicking on the main product categories to the left of every page which will show you all styles and colours of a particular type of product that we sell, for example earrings, necklaces or pendants.
If you are looking for a certain style of piece, you can also click on the browse by collection drop down menu and then select the individual category that you would like to view, for example vintage style. Each category will display all the pieces available in that style ie all necklaces, bracelets, earrings etc within the collection.
Alternatively you can use the browse by colour option if, for example, you are trying to choose accessories to match an outfit or look for a present in the recipient’s favourite shade. Again, by selecting a particular colour you will see all the pieces available in that category.
Once you have selected your piece, you can add it straight to your shopping basket or you can click on the item or the More Info link for more information.

To find specific products that you are interested in even more quickly you can also use the search box at the top of each page by typing in relevant keywords eg ‘blue glass bracelet’.

To help you choose there are also featured boxes to the right of each page allowing you to view our new products as soon as they are added to the site, our best sellers, our own favourites (which may be quirky or unusual pieces!) and any special offers that we have.

Yes, you can select a voucher to any value to send by email or by post. Please see gift vouchers for further information and to order.
returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Aurelie & Rose. If for any reason you are not, simply return the item in unworn, original condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.
You can choose a replacement or a refund. Replacement is subject to stock availability. Please note that we can only refund to the payment card used to pay for your order. If you used a promotional or discount code with your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to reflect the revised item value. We will refund the price you paid, but not the cost of your returning the item to us (unless you are returning it because it is faulty – see below).
In compliance with the current Health & Hygiene regulations, we regret that we cannot accept the return of unwanted earrings or made to order items. This does not affect your statutory rights should the item be faulty or damaged.
To return an item, please email us at info@aurelieandrose.co.uk to advise that you would like to make a return. We will email you back to advise you what to do next. Please note that goods being returned to us are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged goods.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
